Problem Note 39258: Some property values in the Text Parsing node might not be maintained when saving the diagram as a .XML file

DetailsAboutRate It

In SAS® Text Miner, if you save a diagram as a .XML file, there are some property values in the Text Parsing node that are not maintained. The property values that are not saved in the .XML file are:

  • Multi-Word Terms
  • Stop List
  • Start List
  • Synonyms

There are no error or warning messages that indicate that the values were not saved. You need to examine the node property values to determine whether or not the problem occurred. The default datasets are listed for all of the above properties except for the Start List, which by default contains no data set.

There is no workaround for this issue. After you import the saved diagram, you need to manually set the correct values or datasets.
